As a trained Registered Nurse, Al’ysha Guice, creatively known as “Lysha Li”, took a leap of faith fueled by passion and received her cosmetology license in 2019 from Paul Mitchell The School Cincinnati. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in TV/FILM/Theatre styling. While in school, she volunteered with the Cincinnati School of Creative and Performing Arts as well as P&G and Macy’s styling fashion models and assisting with production hairstyles. Since then, she has worked at various salons and managed two of her own salon suites.

With knowledge in all hair textures, extensions, wig applications, natural hair styling, male grooming and makeup application for all skin tones, she remains to be highly recommended and prides herself on continuing to expand her artistic ability. Known for her professionalism, genuine connections with her clients, and refined technical skills, Lysha Li has managed to grow her brand to include working on multiple production sets as HMUA Department Head and various fashion shows in Atlanta. Mentored by Camille Friend, she has assisted with styling celebrities such as Candiace Dillard Bassett, Jasmine Guy and Vanessa Estelle Williams just to name a few.
